Shipping Policy

🌍 Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. We ship worldwide.

⏱️ Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During this time we prepare, check and pack your order.

✈️ Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 9–14 business days. The total estimated time from order to delivery is 10–17 business days, depending on your destination.

Delivery times are estimates. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas and other holidays) or due to weather or customs checks, delivery may take a few extra days.

🧾 Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are included in the price. You will not have to pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee, please contact us before paying and we will sort it out.

📦 Where we ship from

Your order is shipped from our partner warehouses, which may be located outside your country. If you order more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

🔎 Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show updates.

📍 Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address; the cost of reshipping may be charged to you.

❓ Late, lost or "delivered" but not received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send you a replacement or a full refund.

⚖️ Your legal rights

This policy is governed by Spanish law and does not affect the mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
