📦 30-Day Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, wherever you live.
✅ Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your BootSki™ must be:
- Unused (not ridden on snow or any other surface).
- In its original packaging, with all parts included (skis, straps and buckles).
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom: you may open the package and handle the product as you would in a shop to check its characteristics and fit. If the product shows wear beyond that, we may deduct an amount proportional to the loss in value from your refund, as permitted by law.
📩 How to start a return
- Email us at gmfwbbj26@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back within 14 days of approval.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted, as they may not reach the correct warehouse.
🚚 Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover all costs and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit when sent without tracking.
⚠️ Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, and we will resolve it quickly.
🔁 Exchanges
BootSki™ is one size and fits any shoe, so there are no size exchanges. If your item is defective, we will replace it free of charge.
❌ Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If it has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it following this policy.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the refund.
- Digital gifts included with your order (such as e-books) are free and have no effect on the refund amount.
🇪🇺 🇬🇧 Right of withdrawal
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window includes and extends this right. To exercise it, simply send us a clear statement by email before the deadline.
⚖️ Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies in your country of residence (for example, in Spain and the EU, the legal guarantee against lack of conformity). This policy is governed by Spanish law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
